PROTECT NURSES,
SAVE LIVES
The Covid Africa Action Network for Nurses and Nurse-Midwives is a global, not-for-profit, humanitarian volunteer organization. Our main purpose is to protect African nurses and save lives by providing them with locally made reusable face masks.

AAN Projects
The Covid Africa Action Network for Nurses and Nurse-Midwives (AAN) funds Nurse and Nurse-Midwife-led projects to locally produce and distribute evidence-based re-usable face masks. Click on the link below to learn more about AAN’s projects.
AAN Guidelines
AAN, in association with Dr Janine Jagger and numerous Nurses, Nurse-Midwives and other Healthcare professionals, has developed guidelines for the local production of evidence based re-usable face masks in support of Nurses and Nurse-Midwives gaining agency over the supply of vital PPE they require in order to deliver the vital care everyone else requires.
